I love the textures, especially on the metal scaleybits quite a bit. <3 And the poofy clouds. It has sort of a steampunk feel to it.

My only critique (and only because you put on the advanced critique dealy) is that the lighting on the tail suggests that perhaps the leftmost side of the bottom of the left wing might have a bit of light creeping around it. I could well be wrong though, I'm not nearly as good as you are with lighting! n.n

The tubes (TUUUUBES!) could also stand to have a little bit more contrast - they seem too uniform in lighting, for going from an area that has more light (with the shinyscales) to one that is mostly shrouded in darkness, in that armpit area there.

Anyways, great piece! +fav!

wow, the details stuns me. the color is a bit too warm, or is it supposed to be like that?
